2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened e-liquids or nicotine products
  • Items with broken manufacturer seals
  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (when indicated)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before shipping any item back.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
